Dance for Brain Health

This 6-class series invites seniors to experience the benefits of dance while exploring how movement supports brain health and overall well-being. Each class focuses on a key neuroscience concept, offering participants the chance to feel good in their bodies, express themselves artistically, connect with others, and stimulate brain function for lasting vitality. Sessions include guided movement, creative expression, and opportunities for reflection.

No prior dance or movement experience is required. All classes are fully adaptable for every level of mobility and ability.
